sylvanas has to flee to orgrimmar with every 1 who could flee to she tells there thrall that she is not part of it but varamithas was the mastermind behind it and later you need to kill him in the quest battle of undercity where you need to take over undercity both alliance and horde do it horde must kill varamithas and the alliance will kill puttrus and thx to jaina if horde is done with the quest of battle of undercity we not get a war again if she teleports every 1 away. thats it a bit

Sylvanas is not bad, Varithramas(dread lord) and head of the apocracy are trying to overthrone sylvanas. Thats why the Forsaken are attacking horde and alliance. There will be a new Horde Faction(Undead) that has sylvanas leading it.
