This stuff is legit, just make a free account, on the forums then go to request section and look at the request format, then do what it says.
This is how it works
The request bot is a simple php crawler that analyzes posts for keywords and will relay an e-mail accordingly to the registered forum member.
Requests will be filed upon every 200th post, meaning once 200 requests have been filed - they will be filled and then trashed from the boards.
