Transmutation …
Transmutation Mastery is the least popular because of the gimped proc chance, and only being able to use it every 20 hours. Even if you happened to get best case scenario 4 bonus proced on Primal Might, you can always make an infinite amount of elixirs or potions that same day.
As a word of info, transmutes can proc discoveries for other transmutes with a higher chance for the reason of having a cd, though potions and elixirs can proc discoveries for any flasks/potion/elixir discoveries.

@deputy987 - you only get procs if you have that particular mastery. Ex. transmute mastery get transmute procs, potion mastery get potion procs, elixir mastery gets elixir procs. You do not get procs for consumable classes you do not have.
You have a chance to get a discovery each time you craft something, but only discoveries for the class of consumable you’ve created. Ex. If you complete a transmute you have a chance to discover a new transmute, etc…

yea elixir mastery is great was making some flasks that a friend asked turned out later he didnt need them but i got 2 x3 prots sold them for about 300g not many ppl sell flasks on my server they use them all
